Cakes for Charity is a fundraiser that allows us to help feed those suffering from real hunger in Long Beach.   All proceeds go directly to THE GIVING GARDENS You can help by ordering a cake!

I am a culinary school graduate and began my baking journey during Covid-19.  I have been trained by French and European pastry chefs that are top caliber in their fields.  These stunning mousse cakes are very light, flavorful not overpowering, made with only the freshest ingredient and include an average of 4 different layers of flavor that all compliment one another out of the ordinary.  These pieces will stun your friends, relatives or co-workers at your next gathering.  So be that host! 

This journey is my labor of love. Each piece takes many days to prepare, so I ask that you understand I need minimum of one week advanced notice. We will work together to see how we can create a perfect match.

Coffee Bean

How about an amazing coffee mousse cake, filled with bit of creme brûlée , a light mouse and a dark chocolate hazelnut crunch for your enjoyment!

Chamomile Flower

A fresh splash of mango and passionfruit in this creamy creme anglaise mousse beauty. A real eye catcher!

The Heart

This is a grapefruit lovers delight. Candied grapefruit, a coulis of grapefruit and a white chocolate mousse. Go grapefruit!

The Honey

This honey and salted caramel mousse cake is divine. It is light, airy and filled with a perfect amount of each flavor and melts in your mouth. Definitely one of my favorites....don't tell the chocolate!

The Cherry

Chocolate berry cherry heaven. Mousse layered with berries, a light sponge, ganache and a deep chocolate crunch.

Polka Dot Coffee Tart

A delightful combination of coffee, caramel and light splash of chocolate.

Lemon and poppyseed Tartlet

This unusual combination is a definite winner. The two flavors compliment on another and the meringue topping is a light and airy blessing.

Orange Praline

This is a wild ride of orange and chocolate. Never overpowering, always just right. A crunchy base with an orange compote and chocolate top, a splash of coffee and coriander. Ever so lightly flavored.

Mirrored Hazelnut

Chocolate crunch with a center filled with a delicious hazelnut and almond praline. Splashed with a lime and ginger mousse. Who knew?

Tropical Delight

This delicate mousse cake is created with mango, pineapple and passion fruit. The cake is overlapped with a white chocolate pistachio crunch that sends you over the moon. The beautiful and different flavored layers will surprise your senses...this is definitely one of those cakes to show off to your friends.

The Apple

This is the most amazing combination of flavors you can sink your teeth into. Imagine carmel, apples, a creamed carmel, a crunchy layer with an essence of chocolate. WOW!

Beautiful Lemons

The light and airy mousse cake is full of lemon with a hint of mint. A must try for your next event. A show stopper!

The modern

This is hand down the best chocolate cake EVER! An outrageous combination of mousses, sponge, ganache with a cacao bean crunch. You will float up to heaven with each bite.

Blueberry Lemon

A delicious combination of many layers of flavor encased in a light mousse with a perfect white chocolate crunch. Blueberry and Lemon all the way!
